More than fifteen years in software, over ten of them leading as well as building: agreeing on direction with clients, setting the architecture, and owning delivery.
I started as a developer, and throughout my career I have worked across the whole spectrum: code, architecture, client direction, and teams. For more than ten years I have led as well as built, and for over five of them technical direction was the core of the job: agreeing with clients how to proceed and which paths to take. All along, I stayed close to the architecture, the delivery, and the people doing the work, and owned the organization required to take that work into production.
I have worked with dozens of clients across very different sectors, from fashion and retail to banking and insurance, as well as with system integrators and delivery partners. The work itself is custom integrations, customer-facing applications, and the technical decisions that hold a program together when scope and priority move. I am the technical voice with the client, from pre-sales estimates, proposals, and pre-signature workshops to status reporting and steering meetings. I train the engineering teams who will run what we deliver, including international groups around the world, in hands-on workshops delivered in English. After go-live I stay accountable for production.
Today I lead squads of three to six, on both client and internal work. I set the architecture, the roadmap, and who delivers what, and I remain in review and implementation. I have run hiring interviews and evaluated people’s performance and results. I can also conceive a product and drive its development from scratch.

I designed and delivered workshops for international client teams, from a first overview to hands-on work on JavaScript SDKs, REST APIs, and solution architecture, so those teams could own what we had shipped.
